NORTH Nail Systems is not directly involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the northnailsystems.com website. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities within the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for, or use northnailsystems.com. By using northnailsystems.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

TRADE SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the trade. By placing an order with North Nail Systems you are confirming that you are not a Consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller. If you are a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are a business and are entering a contract with us in the course of your trade.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.

CONSUMER SALES

The following terms apply to sales to the general public. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by The Seller, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by The Seller.

LIABILITY

NORTH Nail Systems website is provided without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies we will try to rectify them as soon as possible. In particular we are not liable for the following:

•    Incompatibility of www.northnailsystems.com with any computer or telecommunications equipment or software

•    Technical problems or errors or interruptions of northnailsystems.com

•    To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to personal injury, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of, or are related to northnailsystems.com

If any technical issue occurs when placing orders on www.northnailsystems.com we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

SHOPPING WITH northnailsystems.com

You can order products online via this website, when placing an order for a product you are offering to buy it for price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we send the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you. If the Product is not available you will be notified by email.

NORTH Nail Systems may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Please note images shown on website may not be 100% accurate due to different monitor settings and digital images will not always be 100% accurate, please do not buy if you are not sure what the colour would turn out to be as we do not accept returns for this.

We would recommend you contacting us before purchasing so we can supply a photo image of the product.

PAYMENT

Orders may be processed online, cheques and postal order.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of any 3rd party being able to access them.

Your credit card company may also perform security checks.

All Order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.

PRICE

The price for each Product on northnailsystems.com is shown & paid in UK sterling (GBP).

We always strive to ensure the prices on northnailsystems.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you provide us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more information about our delivery charges for dispatches to UK addresses please contact us.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until we dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, nothing said or done will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we send the product to you. At any point until then, we may decide to not send products and you will receive a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

COMPLAINTS/RETURNS

We have a straightforward complaints, returns and refunds policy, this means that we can deal with most queries quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately we will endeavour to respond with a solution within 24 hours.

As images of the products are not always accurate such as colours, we would advise all our customers to research the product before ordering as we do not accept returns or exchange for colours not fully matching the images supplied by the manufacturer.
